LECESSE Construction served as construction manager in the 18,450 square foot new construction of the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, New York. The center includes a training kitchen for hands-on cooking classes, industrial kitchens for credited culinary classes, a restaurant, a cooking demonstration theatre, a wine tasting center, a retail shop and the offices of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation.
