LECESSE Construction served as Construction Manager in the renovation and new construction of a 40,000 square foot 2-story outpatient center in Rochester, NY. The new building portion (far right) features an innovative pre-built panelized exterior wall system. The facility also includes doctors and staff offices, a training kitchen, dining area, computer center, library, urban garden and a client run tee-shirt factory. The mail lobby boasts a kugel ball imported from Germany. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager for the renovation of 45,000 SF of existing space in the hospital and the addition of 65,000 SF of new space including a new entrance, new emergency medicine department, new intensive care and critical care units. All hospital operations were successfully maintained throughout the demolition and construction phases of this project. LECESSE partnered with Hoffman, O’Brien, Look, Taube & Chiang Architect on this project.

Hobart Finger Lakes Institute

LECESSE Construction served as General Contractor for Hobart-William Smith College on the 9,500 square foot renovation of the Public Information Center. The Center was built using geothermal energy for their heating and cooling source. It contains classrooms for environmental research and study and administrative offices. LECESSE partnered with Macon, Chaintreuil, Jensen Stark Architects on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager for the City of Rochester during the renovation and new construction of the former Rochester War Memorial. Massive renovations included the relocation of loading dock and show staging areas, demolition of structures on all 4 sides and complete HVAC upgrades. The expansion from 7,500 to 12,500 seats with luxury suites and handicap amenities was completed while the Arena was in full use for hockey and other events without realizing any downtime or loss of revenue to the venue. LECESSE partnered with DeWolff Partership/Rosetti Arhcitect on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager for Providence Housing Development in the historic rehabilitation of the former YMCA in Geneva, New York. The facility was converted into 20 units of housing for persons with physical and/or developmental disabilities and office space while preserving the historical character of the building. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manger for Harris, Beach & Wilcox on the renovation of 175,000 square feet office space in Pittsford, New York. LECESSE partnered with Powell/Klleinschmidt on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager for Integrated Financial Solutions on the historic conversion and renovation of the former University Club into a 25 room luxury inn, conference center and restaurant. The facility includes a combination of deluxe rooms and suites complete with jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces and kitchenettes. The restaurant includes stone walls and stone tile floors.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager and master plan team leader on the 1972 new construction of a 230 bed skilled nursing facility and the 1975 new construction of 170 bed health-related adult facility for St. John’s Home in Rochester, New York. LECESSE also lead the 1997 addition and renovations to combine both facilities, adding 120 beds for a combined total of 475 skilled nursing beds. A phased building approach was taken to keep the facility in full operation during construction of the steel and concrete facility. LECESSE partnered with Sattleberg Partnership in 1972 and 1975 and with The DeWolff Partnership in 1997.
