The Friendly Home

A 45,000 square foot, 80 bed new addition and complete renovation of existing skilled nursing facility. A phased construction approach allowed the facility to remain fully operational during the conversion of double rooms to enhanced single rooms to maintain the 200 bed capacity. An expanded transitional care unit, specialized memory care unit and new rooms designed specifically for bariatric patients are also included. New HVAC, fire protection, fire alarm and nurse call systems are installed throughout along with ADA upgrades. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

Arbor Ridge At Brookemeade

New construction of a 113,000 square foot senior living community in Rhinebeck, New York. The community will include 54 independent apartments, 26 assisted living apartments as an addition and renovation to an existing skilled living facility. Common areas include an indoor swimming pool, health and fitness center, commercial kitchen, dining room, library, cafe, hair salon and hobby workshop. LECESSE is partnering with Angerame Architects, P.C. on this project.

Canandaigua YMCA

New swimming pool and 17,000 square foot renovation at the YMCA in Canandaigua, NY.  The project included dismantling the existing pool and creating new locker rooms and shower facilities. LECESSE partnered with LaBella Associates on this project.
