Rufus Judson

Chief Executive Officer

Rufus Judson

As Chief Executive Officer, Rufus brings more than 20 years of construction expertise and a passion for construction excellence. He concentrates on directing high-level strategic initiatives while enhancing client relations in an effort to provide world-class service to our customers. Committed to strengthening operations, Rufus works to develop solutions that enhance and satisfy our clients’ distinct business objectives. Rufus is a well-rounded professional dedicated to the continuous improvement of project management and service. Recognizing service as an integral component of business and community Rufus is active in civic, industry and philanthropic initiatives.

Rufus attended Union College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.

Chief Operating Officer

Mauricio Riveros

As Chief Operating Officer, Mauricio will drive client satisfaction, build construction leaders, and run all operations across our Enterprise.  Mauricio is committed to raising the bar of operational excellence by streamlining efficiencies, standardizing best practices, challenging construction and renovation projects to adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. He has been an integral part of our enterprise for many years, remaining committed to excellence and inspiring those around him.

Mauricio holds a Master of Economic Law from La Universidad Andina Simon Bolivar and a Law Degree from La Universidad Catolica Boliviana.


Ken Ogden, LEED AP

As President, Ken directs the day-to-day operations of the company, formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. In his 30 years with the company, he has acquired extensive knowledge and the aptitude to identify the critical challenges of complex projects. This experience has provided Ken the insight to creatively enhance project feasibility strategies, specifically in affordable, market-rate and senior housing construction.

Ken received a BS in Biomechanics from Penn State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Andrew Hislop

Andrew Hislop

As Vice Chairman, Andy exemplifies the fundamental spirit of diplomacy and professionalism that is LECESSE Construction. He joined the company in 1984 and has been a member of the corporate executive team since 1997. A results driven leader, Andy’s business philosophy is centered on providing the utmost in customer service through the company’s core values of safety, integrity, ownership, collaboration, candor and community. Andy focuses on the long-term strategic direction of the company and is an intense proponent of professional development and personal accountability. His passion for cultivating current and future company leaders ensures the best experience for our clients.

Andy attended the University of North Carolina, where he majored in architecture. He earned a BS degree in Construction Management from Utica College at Syracuse University and continues industry related studies and leadership classes.

Dennis Robinson

Executive Vice President

Dennis Robinson

As Executive Vice President, Dennis focuses on business development, estimating & preconstruction, operations, and construction management. He takes ownership and accountability for meeting our customers’ expectations. One of his priorities is to ensure his project teams have the support they need to be successful and that they enjoy the environment in which they work.

Dennis served in the U.S. Navy Seabees as an Engineering Aide and holds a BS in Construction Technology from Purdue University.

Executive Vice President, Northeast

Patrick Rogers

Patrick has been a leader in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has expereince in a broad range of projects including acute and long-term healthcare, multi-family housing, and higher education. As Executive Vice President, Patrick works closely with LECESSE’s Senior Housing clients.

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Clarkson University and a MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Patrick is a LEED Accredited Professional and ASHE certified.

Jason Socola

Jason has been with LECESSE Construction since 2007 and has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Jason oversees the affordable housing portfolio for the organization along with working in student housing and market rate apartments industry. As Vice President, Jason provides leadership and guidance to multiple project teams from preconstruction to closeout. He maintains a philosophy focused on exceptional client satisfaction, and ensures the team adheres to the company policies and procedures that support that philosophy.

Jason earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He attended the Dale Carnegie training seminar and FMI Project Manager Academy. Jason is a member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing as well as a member of Catholic Family Charity facilities committee.
